We, the people of Barangay Gupitan have a vision, a dream, an aspiration of a God-Fearing, Cheerful, with a Healthy Lifestyle, Self-Disciplined, Law-Abiding, Educated, with a Prosperous Livelihood and a heart to care for the environment to protect the rivers, forests to achieve a sustainable environment.
Mission
The people of Barangay Gupitan will assist to formulate plans for Development, with the able support of the Barangay Officials, Purok Officials, Civil Society Organizations; to enact laws, Ordinances, Policies with the help of concerned agencies and sectors.
