KCAST Leadership
The Kapalong College of Agriculture, Sciences and Technology is an institution accredited by the Commission on Higher Education that upholds the policy of the state to protect and promote the right of all citizens at all levels, giving priority to education, science, and technology, arts, culture, and sports geared toward fostering patriotism and nationalism, accelerating social justice, and promoting total human liberation and development.
The college operates by virtue of Municipal Ordinance No. 423 dated April 20, 2005 by the Local Government of Kapalong, Davao del Norte, with official address at Barangay Maniki, Municipality of Kapalong, Davao del Norte, Philippines.
Academic Direction
The Kapalong College of Agriculture, Sciences and Technology shall be the premier community college pursuing leadership in peace, inclusivity, and diverse culture of the people contributing to national pride.
